Tensor< 5 > syten::IPEPS::genRandomTensor	(	Basis const &	phys,
		Basis const &	left,
		Basis const &	forw,
		Basis const &	right,
		Basis const &	back
	)

Generates a random rank-5 tensor with the specified bases on every site.
