genRandomTreeLike()

State syten::IPEPS::genRandomTreeLike	(	Lattice const &	lat,
		Basis const &	sector
	)

Builds a IPEPS initial state much like a tree with only the lowest horizontal rungs not having vacuum quantum numbers.
