gME()

		Basis const &	b2
	)

Forwards to gM(), setting the ethereal-boolean to true.

This function is useful inside a tensor-tensor product to merge two legs of the tensor together. It will otherwise produce a mostly-invalid tensor which is not useful for anything else.
