SBasisId syten::STensorImpl::gen_merge_id	(	SBasisId const &	f1,

		SRDef	ratio,
		Index	minBlocksize
	)

Returns the SBasisId used to identify the merged bases.

References syten::STensorImpl::SBasisId::cmemy, syten::STensorImpl::SBasisId::ctime, and syten::STensorImpl::SBasisId::rndid.
