bool syten::IPEPS::isLeft	(	Coord const &	f,
		Coord const &	s
	)

Returns true if site f is to the left of site s.

Only well-defined for sites with Manhattan distance less than three at the moment.

Referenced by dot(), syten::Pyten::init_ipeps_util(), mult(), and syten::IPEPSv2::mult().
