Lattice syten::IPEPS::Lat::Z2::genSpinKagomeSquare	(	int const	width,
		int const	depth,
		std::vector< char >	site_classes
	)

Generates a Kagomé spin lattice with \( \mathbb{Z}_2 \) Ising symmetry, using the three-to-one mapping to obtain a square lattice.
