State syten::BTT::RandomState::generateSampledProductState	(	Lattice const &	lat,
		Basis const &	target,
		Index const	initialOperatorCount,
		bool const	verbose
	)

Generates a sampled product BTT state.

Parameters

lat	the lattice on which to generate the state
target	the target sector
initialOperatorCount	number of operators to apply unconditionally
verbose	whether to verbosely print messages
