Calculate all new coefficients and return the new dense matrix.

Template Parameters

Mat	type of the full matrix
Vec	type of the full vector

Parameters

m	full matrix
v	set of Krylov vectors

Returns

the matrix m projected into the Krylov space spanned by v with every element explicitly calculated.
