syten::Basis::Basis	(	Direction	dir_,
		Index	size,
		std::vector< Rep > const &	reps,
		bool
	)

Creates a basis with reps.size() sectors.

Parameters

dir_	Direction of the basis
size	size of each sector
reps	vector of sectors, each containing one symmetry irrep
